SHIPPING 

All orders are shipped by USPS, First Class Mail. I always ship with a delivery confirmation.   If you would like your order expedited, please ask. I'd be happy to accommodate.  In addition, unless your order is insured (you need to specifically ask for added insurance), Tippy Stockton is not responsible for items lost in shipping.  

During the holiday season, please note that orders will be shipped in order received, but may take up to 2 weeks to leave my studio. 

SPECIAL ORDERS

I require that special orders be paid up front. There are no refunds on special orders. Please expect up to two weeks lead time. 

COUPONS

Please note . . . coupons cannot be combined.  In addition, most coupons are seasonal and will not be carried forward into the next season. 

If you have a Gift Certificate, please contact me about redeeming that with a coupon.  Giveaway Credits however, cannot be combined with other coupons. 

REPAIRS

I stand behind every piece of jewelry I make. There are times when something might break due to wear and tear.  Please contact me, and I'd be happy to repair your item free of charge. 

RETURNS

Please note . . . returns can be made within 30 days of purchase for shop credit only.  Please e-mail me first @ tippystocktonjewelry@gmail.com first to arrange for your exchange or credit.   Items on SALE cannot be returned for refund - all sale items are final sale.
