I have SO MANY Czech glass that you'll be seeing variations of these earrings all Summer long.  On this pair, I've started with an oval shell in sky blue, the middle a green Czech Glass rondelle, and the bottom is a tire shaped bead and sweet floral topper.  I've hung these on sterling silver leverback earwires.
