I have SO MANY Czech glass that you'll be seeing variations of these earrings all Summer long.  On this pair, I've started with an aqua Czech glass flower, the middle an orange Czech Glass rondelle, and the bottom is a trio of matte Aquamarine beads.  I've hung these on sterling silver leverback earwires.
